This header build kit has everything you need to bring that Mita 1.8L custom header together. Designed to fit the line of 1.8L Mazda Miata BP cylinder head found in a variety of Mazda and Ford cars and SUV's. Great for building that set of headers for your Miata powered truck or car.
Flanges: 1 American made precision laser cut 3/8” thick header flange to fit the Mazda 1.8L BP cylinder head
Flange Stubs: Included are (4) preformed flange stubs to help speed up the fabrication process. These stubs are formed to the exact flange port shape, and come in 1 5/8" or 1 3/4" primary tube size.
Mandrel Bends: We supply (6) 180 degree J bends. Our J bends come with a 6” & a 12” leg. For most header builds, this extra leg length mean you won’t need to buy any straight tubing.
4 Into 1 Collector: From there we supply one of our weld-on formed collectors, or offer an upgrade to a super high flow 4 into 1 slip on merge collector with 2 sets of collector tabs.
We offer these header kits with 3 different collector options:
Weld-On 4-1 Formed Collector (Collector star included)
4-1 Slip on merge collectors with a straight exit (Collector tabs included)
4-1 Slip on merge collectors with a transitional exit (Collector tabs included)
Purge Caps: This simple, but effective method for back purging caps works great. Each kit includes 4 primary caps and one collector cap.
O2 bungs: Each header builder kit includes 1 weld on O2 bung. Precision machined in the U.S. from 304 stainless billet, these bungs weld beautifully, not like a cast bung
Tig Filler Rod: Includes ¼ lbs. package of filler rod

**321 Stainless Steel upgrade applies to tubing and merge collector bases only. Header flanges, formed collectors, and merge collector secondaries are 304SS. Filler rod will change to type 347.**
