This precision laser cut Small Block Chevy header flange is cut from 3/8" thick 1018 cold rolled steel, our header flanges are manufactured in the U.S. These Buick Nailhead header flanges are sold as a single flange, requires 2 flanges per head.

Preformed flange stubs are 2"-3" long, and have one end perfectly formed to the port shape of the flange using the appropriate tubing size for that port.
